Meet The Team
Gisele Robitaille

Gisele has developed Robitaille & Associates Inc. based on a culture of Professionalism, Continuing Education, Competence and Attention to Detail. She graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Applied Science, then immediately began her career as part of the Business Division of London Life Insurance Company. Her invaluable 30+ years of experience has been in working with Companies and their Owners regarding Risk Management, Disability Protection, Shareholder Funding for Agreements, Key Person Protection, while addressing their Estate & Financial Security Needs.

Gisele admits being blessed and directed by wonderful caring Professionals as mentors, early in her career. She respectfully holds her clientele and Associates in the highest regard. “We are all part of a valuable team working diligently for the best outcomes and service for our clients. It’s all in the details”

Gisele obtained her C.L.U. (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation and is proud to be an active member of the CLU Institute and of Advocis – the Association for Life Insurance and Estate Planning Professionals. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Simcoe County, and the Kingdom Advisors of Canada.

Carol Ellis

Carol joined Robitaille & Associates Inc. in 2010, as Office Manager. Carol has many years of experience in Administration and Customer Service, Accounting & Bookkeeping.
In 2011, Carol completed the Life License Qualification Program through Advocis & Foran Financial, to develop a deeper knowledge of insurance and financial products to better serve Robitaille & Associates Inc. and our clients.

Carol’s experience and attention to detail and broad knowledge of our products & services make her a true asset to the team.

Brad Harris

Brad began his career in the employee benefits business in 1997. Prior to founding the Rockwater Benefits Company, Brad held various management positions with two of Canada’s largest insurance companies. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1995 and holds the following designations:

  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) granted from Dalhousie University and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
  • Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) granted from Dalhousie University and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
  • Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) granted from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Life Underwriters
  • Financial Management Advisor (FMA) granted from the Canadian Securities Institute
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) granted from the Financial Planners Standards Council
  • Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) granted from the American College and Canadian Association of Financial Advisors.

Brad recently completed the Osgoode Hall Law School Certificate in Pension Law, and is an active member of Advocis, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute, the International Society of Employee Benefit Specialists and the Association of Canadian Pension Management.

Mark James

In Canada, it has been said that Tax is the biggest eroder of Wealth.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant (CPA) bringing a solid background in tax to our clients. He is adept at working as a liaison between clients and their accountants/lawyers. His in depth investment experience has been garnered from years of managing investment portfolios.

Mark has had an extensive career in the automotive business, holding positions as COO and CFO of organizations with worldwide operations. As a turnaround specialist, Mark has worked in many countries, and overseen numerous functions which affords his clients a valuable resource beyond traditional financial advice. He helps clients grow their family wealth over generations, while providing the products to secure the present. He looks forward to sharing his expertise with you, your family and/or your corporation.
